Popular music group BTS not submit their music for the Grammy Awards

"We have decided not to submit our music for the Grammy Awards this year."

LOS ANGELES:- BTS, the renowned group and a strong contender for the Grammy Awards, has confirmed that they will not compete in the 2027 ceremony.

Fans of the band were surprised by the announcement that BTS would not be participating in the 2027 Grammy Awards.

The group’s members—RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook—announced via Instagram on Wednesday that they have decided not to submit their music for Grammy Award consideration this year.

A statement on Instagram reads, “We have decided not to submit our music for the Grammy Awards this year.”

The statement also clarifies the reason for this decision: “I hope that instead of being categorized by region or language, music will be listened to and appreciated in its true form.”

In the message, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook thanked their fans—”ARMY”—and everyone who has always stood by them.
