DUBAI:- The 4th NRNA Cup Volleyball Tournament-2026, organized by Nepal Association-NRNA NCC, UAE, with the main slogan ‘Sports for Health’, is scheduled to be held in Dubai on January 25.

The tournament, which is being organized targeting Nepali volleyball players, organizations, and clubs in the UAE, will begin at 8 am at Al Wasl Stadium, Al Jadaf, according to the organizers.

It has been clarified that the competition will only be between Nepali volleyball teams active in the UAE and no foreign players will be allowed to participate.

According to the organizers, the competition will be conducted under the International Volleyball Federation (FIVA) and in accordance with the rules of the Nepal Volleyball Association.

Each team must have 12 members, including 10 players, one coach, and one team manager. In case of technical or other disputes arising during the match, the decision of the referee and organizing committee will be final.

It has been arranged that the organizers will not be responsible for any injuries sustained during the game and that all teams must bring their own first aid supplies. The team coach and manager will be responsible for keeping players and supporters in line.

The organizers have also warned that anyone entering the stadium with indecent behavior, abusive language, or alcohol consumption will be handed over to the UAE administration.

The competition will be played according to Pool ‘A’ and Pool ‘B’. If two teams from the same organization or club participate, they will be placed in different pools through a lottery system. If the team is not present at the specified time as per the timesheet, the team will automatically be eliminated from the competition. The team captain or manager must contact the official desk at least 30 minutes before the start of the match.

Team registration must be completed by 6 pm on January 18. The registration fee is set at 1,250 dirhams. Arrangements have been made to provide a list of all players before the tie-breaker, and players other than those included in the tie-breaker will not be allowed to participate.
