Meeting being held to discuss NRNA unity convention

KATHMANDU:-  The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) has called an emergency meeting to approve a proposal for a unity convention prepared to end the dispute.

According to the association’s general secretary, Gauriraj Joshi, a virtual meeting was organized on Friday at 5 pm Nepali time to ensure the unity of the organization and take various decisions regarding the NRNA Day program to be held Saturday.

Earlier, the International Coordination Council (ICC) of the association had given full responsibility to the association’s president, Dr. Badri KC, to take necessary decisions for unity.

The association’s president, Dr. KC, Mahesh Shrestha, and vice-president have been continuously making internal preparations for the past three months to end the dispute within the association for the past four years.
