Everest climb with Love story based Film ‘Jerry on Top’, released from October 17

KATHMANDU:- The Nepali film ‘Jerry on Top’, based on the Everest summit and the love story that followed, is set to be released from October 17. Presenter Saroj Neupane said that they have tried to make a quality film that showcases the beauty of Nepal in the story of the young generation.

He said, “We have presented the beauty of Nepal in the film. I hope that the film, which shows the events that occur during the main character’s climb of Mount Everest, will contribute to tourism.”

He informed that the film will be screened in Nepal, Australia, the United States, Canada and other countries starting from October 17.  Actor Bhuwan KC of the film said that ‘Jerry on Top’ has a good blend of Nepali beauty and Nepali themes.

“I have spent a long time in films. My experience as an actor, producer, and director also makes this film more than just a Nepali film. The hard work of all the members has made this an international-level film,” he said.

Along with actor KC, the film also stars Anmol KC, Aanchal Sharma, Jasita Gurung, Kedar Ghimire ‘Magnebudha’, and Usha Khadgi. Actress Sharma revealed that she played the role of a character named ‘Shreya’ in the film and said that it was one of her best films.

“I have worked very hard on this film and I can say that it has become a good and high-quality film of my artistry. We want the actress to look beautiful on screen. This has fulfilled all the dreams of an actress,” said actress Sharma.

Hemraj BC has written the story, Biswas Timsina has written the screenplay, and Dulip Regmi has handled the cinematography in this film.
