Disaster Relief Fund records Rs 13.23 billion deposit

KATHMANDU:- The Prime Minister Disaster Relief Fund recorded a total deposit of Rs 13.23 billion on Friday. The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers shared information that as of 5:00 pm today, the total balance in various nine bank accounts the government shared for collection of relief amount was Rs 9.68 billion.

Similarly, the dollar accounts in two banks designated for relief amount had the deposit of 23.28 million US dollars. Rs one billion was released from the fund through the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority for the survivors of the Bhotekoshi floods few days back.
