KATHMANDU:- Continuous rainfall has led to the blockage of several road sections in Kavre, Khotang, and Lalitpur, caused by landslides and debris.

Traffic has been entirely halted following landslides from Kharekhola, with stones and mud accumulating on the BP highway in Roshi rural municipality-9 Pinthali and Ward No. 8 Gimdibensi of Kavre.

A landslide has obstructed the road for approximately 15 meters due to mud sliding down from above, as a result of rain in Mid hill highway situated in Halesi Tuwachung Municipality-1 Lakuridanda of Khotang.

In Lalitpur Metropolitan Ciy-2 Sundarighat, traffic has been impeded due to rising water levels on the Bagmati river corridor road. (RSS)
