Nepal to Face UAE in ACC Men’s U-19 ODI Premier Cup Final Today

KATHMANDU:- Nepal will take on hosts the United Arab Emirates (UAE) today in the championship-deciding match of the ACC Men’s U-19 ODI Premier Cup. The title clash is scheduled to begin at 10:30 am local time at the Karwan Ground in Ajman.

Nepal booked their place in the final with a dominant nine-wicket win over Malaysia, while the UAE secured their spot after defeating Oman by eight wickets.

Both Nepal and the UAE have already qualified for the U-19 Asia Cup, as the tournament rules grant direct entry to the two finalists. In the race for the remaining Asia Cup berth, Malaysia and Oman will meet today in the third-place playoff, with the winner earning qualification.

A total of 14 teams competed in this year’s Premier Cup. The U-19 Asia Cup 2025, organised by the Asian Cricket Council, is set to take place in the UAE from December 12 to 21.
