Indian origin Suresh Sathyamurthy appointed Aeris CMO

SANTA CLARA:- Indian origin Suresh Sathyamurthy, has been appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer of Aeris, a company specializing in IoT connectivity management, security, and connected vehicle programs. Prior to this, Satyamurthy held executive positions at Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks, and Dell EMC.

It has been announced that Sathyamurthy will lead Aeva’s marketing, communications, and go-to-market strategies from the company’s Santa Clara headquarters, accelerating the expansion of its rapidly growing portfolio of autonomous vehicles, robotics, and intelligent machines—collectively known as “Physical AI”—while ensuring they are safe and connected.

According to the company, as enterprises and capital markets increase investments in autonomous systems, robotics, and software-defined mobility, the connectivity and security requirements embedded in physical hardware are becoming increasingly complex and mission-critical; consequently, this appointment presents both a challenge and an opportunity for Satyamurthy and the company.

Satyamurti Eris brings leadership capabilities to scale the global go-to-market organization, sharpen the company’s market leadership, and accelerate its reach into new Physical AI markets—building upon a connectivity footprint that already links 115 million devices and supports 45 million vehicles on the road today.
