Host Shays Floyd to visit Nepal for ISL indoor cricket tournament

KATHMANDU:- The second edition of the franchise-based indoor cricket tournament, the Indoor Super League (ISL), is set to begin on the September 2.
The organizer, Kathmandu Sports Events Pvt. Ltd., has stated that the final preparations are underway to make this second edition grander, more organized, and of an international standard compared to the first.
Ten franchise teams will participate in this edition. The organizers have announced that Shais Floyd—an international host, singer, and songwriter from the US—will visit Nepal to help promote the tournament globally.
Floyd, who actively engaged with Nepali fans during the ICC T20 World Cup held in Dallas, USA, in 2024, will host the second edition of the Indoor Super League.
According to the organizers, it is believed that Floyd’s participation will play a significant role in introducing Nepali indoor cricket to an international audience and enhancing the tournament’s brand value.
