Amputee football players Alina Shrestha and Puja BK heading to France

KATHMANDU:- Amputee football players Alina Shrestha and Puja BK are set to travel to Annecy, France, on Thursday.

They are going there to participate in the International Women’s Amputee Football Camp, which is being organized by the European Amputee Football Federation (EAFF) with the support of the World Amputee Football Federation (WAFF) from September 3 to 6.

Ramcharitra Mehta, Member-Secretary of the National Sports Council, bade farewell to the team on Wednesday. Dilli Bahadur Bista, General Secretary of the Amputee Sports Society Nepal, stated that the main objective of the camp was to foster collaboration and expand networks among female amputee football players.
