Sitaula appointed Deuba faction Nepali Congress America Coordinator
LOS ANGELES:- The Nepali Congress group led by outgoing President Sher Bahadur Deuba has nominated Pramod Sitaula as the group’s US coordinator.
The group’s Nepali Congress 15th Central General Convention Preparation Committee Coordinator Prof. Dr. Shashank Koirala has nominated Pramod Sitaula as the Nepali Public Relations Committee’s US coordinator. The Nepali Congress has been recognizing the Public Relations Committee as a fraternal organization.
In a letter, Dr. Koirala states that Sitaula has been nominated as the coordinator of the Janasamparka Samiti (Public Relations Committee) in America to oversee preparations for the Nepali Congress’s 15th regular General Convention.
Noting that the Nepali Congress’s 15th regular General Convention is scheduled to take place in Kathmandu from Mangsir 21 to 23, Coordinator Koirala has instructed Sitaula to ensure that the Janasamparka Samiti’s own convention is held on time, in accordance with the party’s values, principles, and statute. Sitaula is the founder of the Janasamparka Samiti in America.
