Monsoon begins to withdraw from Nepal via Sudurpaschim

KATHMANDU:- This year’s monsoon has started to withdraw from Nepal, beginning from Sudurpaschim Province, from this morning.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the monsoon has withdrawn from most parts of Sudurpaschim and Karnali provinces, as well as western parts of Lumbini and some areas of western Gandaki Province.

The Division said the monsoon winds are weakening and the monsoon is likely to withdraw from the remaining parts of the country within the next few days.
