Himalaya Television broadcast The Voice of Nepal Season 8 from Friday
KATHMANDU:- The eighth season of the popular singing reality show ‘The Voice of Nepal’ is set to begin airing this Friday. At an event held in Kathmandu on Monday, the show revealed its broadcast date, new sponsors, and the lineup of coaches.
Energy drink brand ‘Red Bull’ has signed on as the title sponsor for the new season. Chaudhary Group’s Soyam Noodles and the ride-sharing platform inDrive have signed on as ‘powered-by’ sponsors.
Colgate toothpaste and Pulse chocolate have signed on as co-sponsors.
Asian Paints, Himstar, Let Me In, Goldstar, and Ather Electric Bikes have signed on as associate sponsors. Similarly, Layer’r Shot, Marvel Pipes & Fittings, KTM Trip.com, and Zerona Derma are involved, while Khalti serves as the voting partner. S Media & Marketing has secured the marketing rights for the event.
At the event, Himalaya Television Chairman Dharma Raj Bhusal announced that the production of original songs and music videos for the finalist talents would commence this season. He stated that a long-term partnership had been established with Red Bull as the title sponsor to foster long-term investment in music, and that this initiative represents a collaborative investment effort with the corporate sector to cultivate new talent within the Nepali music industry.
Surendra Silwal, Managing Director of Saras Beverages—the manufacturer of Red Bull—stated that a partnership has been formed with a world-class platform like *The Voice* to promote Nepali music by fostering new talent and producing original songs.
