Dolraj Pokhrel wins $25,000 lottery ticket in New Hampshire

NEW HAMPSHIRE:-Dolraj Pokhrel, a permanent resident of Ramjakot, Rishing Rural Municipality-5, Tanahun—who is currently living in New Hampshire, USA—has won a lottery prize of 25,000 US dollars.

He won that amount in a commercial lottery. In Nepali currency, the prize is worth approximately 3.775 million rupees. Pokharel, who works at a commercial store in the US, stated that he played the lottery—which is authorized by a government agency—during his time off.

His friends used to regard him as lucky, as he would frequently win smaller lottery prizes ranging from two to four thousand.

He stated that he played the lottery and won after friends suggested he try his luck. He mentioned that friends have been offering their congratulations and best wishes since he won.
