UML Vice Chairman Poudel’s detention extended for five more days

KATHMANDU:- The Special Court has allowed the police to keep in detention Vice Chairman of the CPN UML, Bishnu Prasad Paudel, for five more days in connection with a case relating to money laundering.

A division bench of judges Narayan Prasad Paudel and Bidur Koirala granted an extension of detention for five days.

The former Finance Minister has been in custody since he was arrested in Butwal on money laundering charges.
