Top 20 contestants of Miss Nepal North America 2026 announced
NEW YORK:- Dreams Universal LLC has announced the top 20 contestants for Miss Nepal North America 2026. This is the ninth edition of the event, which has been showcasing the leadership, culture, and achievements of Nepali women across North America.
This time, the final competition of the competition will be moved from New York, where it is traditionally held, to Washington, D.C. According to the organizers, holding the event in the nation’s capital in the context of America’s 250th Independence Day is an opportunity to reflect the growing presence and contributions of the Nepali community.
The contestants, who come from a variety of professions, educational backgrounds, and experiences, were selected through a competitive process. They include members of the U.S. military, healthcare and nursing professionals, pilots, engineers, information technology specialists, entrepreneurs, students, and community activists.
“Miss Nepal North America is not just a competition to win a title,” said Shailendra Shrestha, president of Dreams Universal LLC. “It is a platform that gives young women the opportunity to recognize their potential, build confidence, develop leadership, and proudly embrace their cultural identity.”
Contestants will participate in interviews, cultural performances, talent shows, and leadership development activities. The grand finale will be held in Washington, D.C. on July 26, 2026.
