KATHMANDU:- The votes received by 32 central members of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) under its first general convention have been made public.
According to the Election Commission, Swarnim Wagle has received the highest number of 2,656 votes in the open category.
In the open category, Sobita Gautam received 2,641 votes, Shishir Khanal 2,538 votes, Sagar Dhakal 2,376 votes, Dr. Tosima Karki 2,302 votes, Ranju Darshana 2,293 votes, Manish Jha 2,281 votes, Hari Dhakal 2,262 votes, Kabindra Burlakoti 2,227 votes, Bipin Kumar Acharya 2,169 votes, Ramesh Prasai 2,166 votes, and Nisha Dangi 2,132 votes.
Similarly, Biraj Bhakta Shrestha received 2,123 votes, Indira Rana Magar received 2,900 votes, Ganesh Parajuli received 2,87 votes, Pukar Bam received 2,700 votes, Jagadish Kharel (Lalitpur) received 2,65 votes, Shulav Kharel received 2,43 votes, Yagya Mani Neupane received 1,903 votes, Pramod Neupane received 1,892 votes, Sasmit Pokharel received 1,864 votes, and Rima Bishwakarma received 1,845 votes, according to the commission.
Candidates Raghuraj Pandey received 1,840 votes, Rajiv Khatri received 1,745 votes, Samiksha Baskota received 1,739 votes, Ganesh Karki received 1,734 votes, Khagendra Sunar received 1,733 votes, Ashim Shah received 1,730 votes, Himesh Pant received 1,650 votes, Jagdish Kharel (Dolakha) received 1,552 votes, Geeta Chaudhary received 1,537 votes, and Lima Adhikari Acharya received 1,536 votes.
Similarly, under the inclusive group, 10 people from Khas Arya, nine from indigenous people, two from Tharu, five from Madhesi, four from Dalit, two from Muslim, and five each from all seven provinces have been elected as central members.
