One killed, three injured in road accident

SARLAHI:- A youth has died and three others injured in a road accident that took place in Ishwarpur, Sarlahi along the East-West Highway this morning.

The deceased has been identified as 27-year-old Shubham Jaiswal of Butwal Sub-metropolitan City-1, who was travelling in a car (Lu. 3 Cha. 5472) that met with the accident. The car was heading towards Butwal from Kakarbhitta.

The injured include Sahil Verma, 23, who was riding the car and passengers Bhrikishor Verma, 48, and Sanjay Jaiswal, 52, of Butwal Sub-metropolitan City-1. All the injured are undergoing treatment at Shubhaswastik Hospital in Bardibas. Among the injured, the condition of Jaiswal is reported to be critical.
