Indian PM congratulates RSP Chair Lamichhane and senior leader Shah

KATHMANDU:- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Chairperson of Rastriya Swatantra Party Rabi Lamichhane and its Senior Leader Balendra Shah for their party’s landslide victory in the recently concluded election to the House of Representatives.   

Sharing about the same through his official X handle this evening, the Indian Prime Minister has shared that he had warm telephone conversations with Chairperson of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Rabi Lamichhane and Senior Leader Balendra Shah.

Stating that he congratulated both leaders on their electoral victories and RSP’s resounding success in the Nepal elections, Modi has said that he conveyed his best wishes for their forthcoming new Government and India’s commitment to work with them for mutual prosperity, progress and well-being of the two countries. “I am confident that with our joint endeavours, India and Nepal relations will scale new heights in the years ahead,” he has stated in X.
