Indian company SG’s sponsorship to Gulshan Jha for one year

KATHMANDU:- The renowned Indian company SG, known for cricket equipment production, has decided to supply all cricket equipment for one year to Nepali all-rounder cricket player Gulshan Jha.

This sponsorship has been facilitated by Himalayan Willow, which has been selling and distributing cricket equipment in the capital and other parts of the country.

Pradeep Yadav, Chief Executive Officer of Himalayan Willow, said that all necessary materials, including six cricket bats and ten gloves required for a year for cricketer Jha, will be provided free of charge.

This is the first time that a globally recognised manufacturing company has sponsored Nepali cricket. At the event, cricketer Jha mentioned that playing cricket with SG equipment has been a dream since his childhood.

Chief Executive Officer Yadav said that the organisation is also taking steps for similar sponsorship for a female cricketer soon.
