I will be in the political arena before the 2084 BS elections: Kulman Ghising

TEXSAS:- Former Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, Kulman Ghising, has made it clear that the country will not be illuminated by the light of electricity.

Ghising, who is busy meeting and interacting with Nepalis living abroad, expressed this opinion on Sunday in Austin, Texas.

Speaking at an interactive event hosted by the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce in Austin, Ghising hinted that he would enter active politics.

Ghising, who gained popularity by eliminating the problem of load shedding in Nepal for a long time, expressed dissatisfaction with the current political leadership and opined that the country now needs trustworthy leadership.

Ghising said that he has prioritized the citizenship continuity, investment, and other issues of Nepalis living abroad.

“The country has great expectations from Nepalese diaspora. It is my commitment to represent your voice and help build the country,” he emphasized. “Even if we live in aboard, let us remain Nepalis,” he urged.

Stating that he has no affiliation with any political party, he expressed confidence that his campaign will grooming new leadership. He said that he will enter politics before 2084.

The event was presided over by CP Poudel, President of Greater Austin Commerce.
