KATHMANDU:- A meeting of the House of Representatives is scheduled to take place at 11:00 am today.
During Tuesday’s session of the Lower House, lawmakers continued discussions on the principles and priorities, except taxation, of the government’s upcoming budget.
Responding to concerns and questions raised by lawmakers during the deliberations, Minister for Finance Dr Swarnim Wagle addressed the House following the discussion.
The debate on the proposal had started on Monday after Finance Minister Dr Wagle tabled the principles and priorities of the forthcoming budget in the House meeting on May 14.
