Gold price reaches record high

KATHMANDU:- The price of hold has reached the highest so far in the domestic market today. The yellow metal is being traded at Rs 221 thousand 700 per tola (11.66 grams) today, the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association said. The price of gold was Rs 217,800 per tola on Monday. It increased by Rs 3,900 per tola today compared to Monday.

Similarly, the price of silver is determined at Rs 2,680.

The price of gold is around 3,748 USD per ounce in the international market today, according to the Federation.
