Gen Z protest: Four journalists injured

KATHMANDU:- Four journalists covering the ‘GenZ’ protest in the federal capital were injured.     

Journalists Shyam Shrestha, Dipendra Dhungana, Umesh Karki and Shambhu Dangal, who were covering the event in the New Baneshwor area, have been injured, according to the Federation of Nepali Journalists.

The injured journalists are undergoing treatment at the Trauma Centre, Patan Hospital and Civil Hospital. Further work is underway to obtain information about the condition of the injured journalists, said FNJ General Secretary Ram Prasad Dahal.
