Four Nepali nationals killed in car accident in Himachal Pradesh of India

SHIMLA:- Four Nepali nationals, including three members of the same family from Kumakh Rural Municipality-4 of Salyan, died in a car accident in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh in India.

Three others from the same village were injured.

The deceased are 36-year-old Rajesh Bista, 48-year-old Dilli Shahi, 37-year-old Ekendra Shahi, and 26-year-old Laxmi Shahi.

The accident occurred on Sunday morning at 9 a.m. when a pickup truck overturned about an hour from Dera while the group was heading to work.

Postmortem procedures are underway, and efforts are being made to bring the bodies back to Nepal. The injured are receiving treatment in Shimla.
