KATHMANDU:- Fog is expected in the Tarai region of the country today.
Tarai region in Koshi, Madhesh, and Bagmati Provinces are likely to see fog persist until midday, with a possibility of mist throughout the day in the remaining Tarai regions, says the Meteorological Forecasting Division. In the hilly and himalayan regions, the weather will be mainly fair.
Later, tonight, fog will continue to persist in the Terai region while the weather in the hilly and himalayan regions will remain mainly fair.
In addition, the meteorological analysis by the Division states that there is partial influence of westerly winds across the country.(RSS)
