Actress Keki Adhikari to produce Petrol Pump

KATHMANDU:-  The team behind Boksi Ko Ghar, which delivered a blockbuster to the Nepali film industry last year, has come together once again to collaborate on a new film.

Actress Keki Adhikari and director Sulakshyan Bharati have announced the production of a new film titled ‘Petrol Pump.’

“We had said during the release of Boksi Ko Ghar that if we found an interesting project and the timing worked out, we would collaborate again,” said Keki.

“Now we are working together on the movie Petrol Pump,” she added.

The film will be directed by Sulakshyan Bharati, who has also written the story. Keki Adhikari will serve as the producer.

In their previous film Boksi Ko Ghar, Sulakshan was both the writer and director, while Keki was the producer and the lead actress.

The social drama film Petrol Pump is scheduled for release in 2083 BS.  The production team has not yet revealed the cast.

“We will share detailed information about which actors will be part of Petrol Pump in the coming days. We will also gradually announce the technical team,” said Adhikari.

Produced by Badri Adhikari, Boksi Ko Ghar grossed more than Rs. 110 million at the Nepali box office. It was Keki’s first production and turned out to be a blockbuster. The song ‘Bujhina Maile’ from the film went viral.
