Light rainfall likely in hilly areas of Koshi province

KATHMANDU:- There is no influence of significant weather systems across the country at the moment, with the withdrawal of this year’s monsoon from all territories of the nation.

The monsoon has withdrawn from Nepal since last Friday. The Meteorological Forecasting Division has indicated partly cloudy weather in the hilly areas of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces, and largely fair weather in the rest of the areas.

There is a possibility of light rain at one or two places in the hilly areas of Koshi province. According to the Division, the hilly areas of Koshi province will be partly cloudy, while the rest of the areas will mainly remain clear tonight.
