Landslide obstructs Karnali highway

JUMLA:- Landslide that occurred at Gagane stream of Kalikot district has obstructed Karnali highway.

Information Officer at Road Division Office, Jumla, Saurav Singh, said vehicular movement along Karnali highway has come to a standstill after landslide occurred at Gagane stream following incessant rainfall.

Efforts are underway to remove landslide debris from 3:00 am in necessary coordination with Road Division Office, Surkhet.

Issuing a public notice, the Office informed all to avoid night travel during rainy season. (RSS)
