47 Nepalis rescued from scamming centers in Myanmar

KATHMANDU:- As many as 47 Nepalis trapped in the online scamming centers in Myanmar have been rescued and sent home by the Embassy of Nepal in Thailand today.

According to the press release of the Nepali Embassy, of the rescued, 2 are women while 45 are men, and they are from 26 different districts including Chitwan, Dailekh, Kaski, Kathmandu, Kavre, Palpa, Ramechhap, Rautahat, Sarlahi, and Syangja.
