33 people from LA community donated blood in BDA SoCal Chapter event

LOS ANGELES:- Thirty-three people donated blood at a blood donation event in downtown Los Angeles on Tuesday, organized by the Blood Donors of America SoCal Chapter Southern California. Although approximately 45 blood donors registered online to donate blood, only 33 donated blood.

The blood donation program was organized by the Blood Donors of America Socal Chapter at the Rivas Banquet in downtown Los Angeles and was organized by Sambhu Siwakoti, President of the BDA Socal Chapter.

Members of the BDA Social Chapter also donated blood during the donation program, playing the role of volunteers for the success of the event.

Fruits, water, and T-shirts were distributed to blood donors at the blood donation program organized with the motto of “Service is the Supreme Dharma”.

The blood donation program, which was held in the presence of Blood Donors of America Central Vice President Jhamak Niraula and Central Member Sharada Shrestha, saw a significant presence of the Nepali community.

Deepa Paneru, Ramesh Shrestha, Sudhir Thapa, and others, who coordinated the blood donation program as volunteers, said that blood donation programs will be organized continuously for the benefit of the community.
