Vijay Patil Elected Chairman of the Board of Peace Center Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES:-  Peace Center Los Angeles, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, proudly elected Vijay Patil to serve as Chairman of the Board. The newly elected leadership team brings together distinguished community leaders committed to advancing the organization’s mission of promoting peace, harmony, and understanding across diverse communities.

The new Board leadership includes:

Vijay Patil – Chairman
Dr. Sukrit – Vice Chairman
Charu Shivkumar – Secretary
Arvind Patel – Treasurer

The organization will also benefit from the guidance and wisdom of its esteemed founders Ila Mehta and Dr. Gunvant Mehta.

Building Harmony Through Inner Peace

Peace Center Los Angeles is dedicated to promoting harmony and the message of peace within the communities where we live, work, and serve. The organization believes that the journey toward community harmony begins with inner peace.

“When individuals cultivate peace within themselves, they become better equipped to build understanding, compassion, and respect for others,” said Vijay Patil, Chairman of the Board. “Peaceful communities are created when individuals embrace the values of empathy, nonviolence, and mutual respect. Interfaith Seminar Series – Bringing together leaders and members of diverse faith traditions to foster mutual respect, collaboration, and deeper understanding.
Walk for Values – A community-wide initiative designed to promote universal values such as compassion, integrity, respect, responsibility, and service.
