PM Karki to expand cabinet with four new ministers today

KATHMANDU:- Prime Minister Sushila Karki is set to expand the Council of Ministers today, adding four new members to the cabinet.

According to sources at the Prime Minister’s Office in Baluwatar, Sudha Gautam, Ganapati Lal Shrestha, Khagendra Sunar, and Bablu Gupta will be inducted as ministers. Final discussions are ongoing in Baluwatar regarding the allocation of their respective ministries. Sources indicated that there could still be changes in the portfolios currently under consideration.

With this expansion, the Council of Ministers will have a total of 11 members.

The swearing-in ceremony of the newly appointed ministers will take place at the President’s Office, Sheetal Niwas, at 2:15 PM today, according to the Office of the President.
