Nepal wins four gold medals in Taekwondo

KATHMANDU:- Nepali players won four gold medals in the Open International Taekwondo Championships held in Hainan, China.

According to the coach of the Nepali team, Indraraj Khadka, Nepal’s Vision Tamang won two gold medals.

Tamang won gold medals, one in the men’s 49 kg and the other in the U19 Poomsae event.

Likewise, Ayush Bohara won a gold medal in the breaking event and a bronze in Poomsae.

Likewise, Sandip Basnet got a gold medal in the breaking event. The championship was held from May 2 to 4 in Sanya, Hainan, China.
