NC connects Nepalis living across globe: President Thapa

KATHMANDU:- President of the Nepali Congress, Gagan Kumar Thapa, has said NC would work to connect the people of Nepali origin who are living across the globe.   

During a meeting with a delegation of the Association of Nepali Origin (ANO) in the federal capital on Thursday, NC President Thapa reminded that his party’s election manifesto had attempted to connect Nepali speaking people living in various countries.

ANO Chairman Dilli Adhikari said the investment could be generated from the people of Nepali origin for the sake of development and prosperity in Nepal. He drew the attention of NC that it cooperated in making laws friendly to the people of Nepali origin to draw investment.

The delegation also urged the NC for its initiatives to ensure safety and rescue of the Nepalis working and living in the West Asia in the wake of conflict.(RSS)
