Leader Koirala stresses national reconciliation

KATHMANDU:- A Nepali Congress leader, Shekhar Koirala, has said national unity and reconciliation are imperative to tackle new challenges facing the national politics at present. 

Issuing a press statement on the occasion of the National Reconciliation Day today, leader Koirala viewed not only a political party but also entire nation require adopting unity and reconciliation.

“At present political situation, public trust is urgent. If we fail to earn public trust, we lose our relevance,” he reminded, adding that Nepali Congress’ leading role can give a political solution to the country. According to him, adherence to BP Koirala’s principle of national reconciliation helps to navigate difficult time.  (RSS)
