DALLAS:-  The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) arrested Eduardo Aguilar, an illegal immigrant living in Dallas, Texas, on October 14, 2025.He posted a video on TikTok in Spanish calling for the killing of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

Aguilar’s post from October 9, 2025, called for “10 determined guys in Dallas who aren’t afraid to (two skull emojis)” and offered a reward of “10k for each Ice Agent.”

When arrested, Aguilar had a loaded 9mm handgun in his vehicle. It is a crime for foreigners to possess a gun in the United States. Aguilar is charged with transmitting a threatening communication in interstate or foreign commerce.

“This illegal immigrant who encouraged the killing of Ice law enforcement is in custody and facing federal charges,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. ‘This illegal immigrant was arrested before he could kill one of our law enforcement officers.’
