Gold price hits record high

KATHMANDU:- The price of gold has reached record high today. The price of the yellow metal which was Rs 215 thousand 200 per tola (11.66 grams) on Monday increased by Rs 1,900 per tola today to reach Rs 217 thousand 100, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

The price of silver has reached Rs 2,595 per tola today, an increase of Rs 20 per tola, compared to its price on Monday.

The price of gold is USD 3,683 per ounce in the international market today, the Federation stated.
