Forward constitution amendment seriously: President Thapa

SUNSARI:- President of the Nepali Congress, Gagan Kumar Thapa, has viewed the amendment of constitution is a serious issue, so it warrants a mature approach.

In his address to a provincial gathering of the party leaders and cadres at Laukahi of Sunsari district on Friday, President Thapa stressed the need for adequate homework and study on constitution amendment.

He also said the government needs to be further attentive to the management of landless squatters. The NC President was for making public the report of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on September movement.
