Former King Gyanendra Shah Offers Prayers at Janaki Temple

DHANUSHA:- Former King Gyanendra Shah visited the historic Janaki Temple in Janakpurdham on Sunday, where he offered prayers for peace, prosperity and the overall well-being of the nation.

During the visit, the former Head of State participated in various religious rituals and worship ceremonies. His presence at the temple drew a large number of devotees and members of the public to the premises.

Following the Janaki Temple visit, Shah also paid homage at the nearby Ram Temple, located about 500 metres away, and offered prayers at the Rajdevi Temple.

Later in the evening, he took part in the Ganga Aarti ceremony held at Gangasagar, a sacred pond in Janakpurdham.
