Arghakhanchi road accident: two dead, 24 hurt

SANDHIKHARKA:- Two people died and 24 others were injured in a road accident at Tari of Sandhikharka in Arghakhanchi early this morning.

The vehicle (Lu 1 Ja 4723) was traveling from Butwal to Purkotdaha when it met with the accident along the Sandhikharka-Dhorpatan road section.

The deceased have been identified as Aruna Thapa, 10, of Purkot in Madane Rural municipality-6, and Narayan Paudel, 13, of Neta Kharka in Madane-7, Gulmi. Both died on the spot.

According to Diwas GC, Chief of the District Police Office, Arghakhanchi, four of the injured are in critical condition.

The injured are receiving treatment at Arghakhanchi Hospital, while one has been referred to Butwal for further treatment.  (RSS)
