Nepali Congress 15th General Convention begins today
KATHMANDU:- Parking arrangements have been made at various locations for the vehicles of representatives arriving to participate in the Nepali Congress’s 15th National General Convention, which begins in Kathmandu today.
Vijay Bahadur Swar, a Congress Central Committee member and coordinator of the General Convention’s Transport Management Committee, announced that parking arrangements have been made at various locations—in coordination with the traffic police—for the delegates arriving at Khulamanch to participate in the General Convention.
According to Coordinator Swar, parking arrangements have been made at the Dharahara underground facility, along one lane of the one-way road stretching from Maitighar to Bhadrakali, and within the premises of Hotel Annapurna at Durbar Marg. He also stated that coordination is underway with the traffic police to allow vehicle parking in the vicinity of the Old Bus Park and inside Bhrikutimandap.
The Congress’s 15th National General Convention will continue until the 22nd of Ashoj. More than 7,000 representatives from across the country and through Public Relations Committees are participating in the convention.
