Governor Newsom announces appointments of five judges
Those appointed on Friday include Brian Goldman (First District Court of Appeal, Division 2), Adam Hoffman (First District Court of Appeal, Division 4), Judge Alexander Giza (Second District Court of Appeal, Division 3), Judge Cindy Panuco (Second District Court of Appeal, Division 3), and Judge Maria Daglian Hernandez (Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division 3).
SACRAMENTO:- Governor Gavin Newsom has announced the nomination of five judges to the Court of Appeal.
Those appointed on Friday include Brian Goldman (First District Court of Appeal, Division 2), Adam Hoffman (First District Court of Appeal, Division 4), Judge Alexander Giza (Second District Court of Appeal, Division 3), Judge Cindy Panuco (Second District Court of Appeal, Division 3), and Judge Maria Daglian Hernandez (Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division 3).
The Governor announced the appointment of two Superior Court judges—one for Orange County and the other for Santa Clara County.
Brian Goldman of Alameda County has been nominated to serve as an Associate Justice in Division 2 of the First District Court of Appeal.
Adam Hofmann of Sacramento County has been nominated to serve as an Associate Justice in Division Four of the First District Court of Appeal.
Alexander Giza of Los Angeles County has been nominated to serve as an Associate Justice in Division Three of the Second District Court of Appeal.
Los Angeles County’s Cindy Panuco has been nominated to serve as an Associate Justice in Division 3 of the Second District Court of Appeal.
Orange County’s Maria Daghliyan Hernandez has been nominated to serve as an Associate Justice in Division 3 of the Fourth District Court of Appeal.
Thomas Nocella of Orange County has been appointed as a judge of the Orange County Superior Court.
Chhaya Malik of Alameda County has been appointed as a judge of the Santa Clara County Superior Court.
