18 persons including Poudel acquitted on Telecom billing case

KATHMANDU:- The Special Court has acquitted 18 persons, including the then manager of Nepal Telecom, Sunil Poudel, in a case relating to a telecom billing contract.

A division bench of judges Narayan Prasad Poudel and Bidur Koirala on Thursday gave a clean chit to the 18 persons who were facing the charge, according to Spokesperson at the Special Court, Krishna Sharan Lamichhane.
