Nepali Congress Will Improve Nation’s Situation: Gagan Kumar Thapa

KAVRE:- President of the Nepali Congress, Gagan Kumar Thapa, has said that his party is seeking a fresh mandate from the people with a clear vision and concrete plans to steer the country toward stability and progress.

Addressing an election rally in Mirzapur of Balara Municipality, Sarlahi Constituency No. 4 on Monday, Thapa stated that the Nepali Congress is committed to improving the current national situation by drawing on past experiences and aligning its policies with the aspirations of the people.

He said the party is contesting the election with a sense of responsibility to address pressing national issues and deliver effective governance.

Thapa also shared that he chose to file his candidacy for the House of Representatives from Sarlahi with the belief that leadership at the national level must be grounded in strong representation and understanding of Madhesh. He added that meaningful national leadership begins with effectively leading and addressing the concerns of the region.
