Nepali Public Relations Committee America’s 33rd chapter convention concludes

NEW YORK:-  The 33rd chapter of the Nepali Public Relations Committee of the United States, affiliated with the Nepali Congress, has concluded its convention with grandeur. The convention of the 33rd chapter concluded on Saturday with the election of new leadership.

Anand Bista, President of the Public Relations Committee America, said that the fourth convention has been completed in all states of America. Bista said that after the convention was called as per the instructions of the Congress Central Committee, membership distribution, renewal and convention were conducted enthusiastically in all 33 states of the United States.

The Nepali Congress has decided to hold its regular general convention  on Jan 10-12th of the upcoming January, and has directed the Nepali Public Relations Committee, a fraternal organization affiliated with active members in the diaspora, to hold its convention within the end of December. Accordingly, the Nepali Public Relations Committee, America, has scheduled its convention and concluded its chapter convention on Saturday.

Bista says that the chapter convention, which was held simultaneously in 30 states in the United States, unanimously elected new leadership. He said that the chapter convention sought to convey the message that in the current situation, consensus, cooperation, and unity should be prioritized and moved forward.

He expressed confidence that the central convention would also be held within the scheduled time, absorbing the message given by the chapter conventions. He congratulated the executive committees of all chapters who were unanimously elected for the upcoming term and wished them success in their term.

Nepali Congress Working President Purna Bahadur Khadka and Nepali Public Relations Coordination Department Head Kiran Raj Sharma Poudel expressed their best wishes for the success of the chapter convention.
