Dovan Bazar fire brought under control

TAPLEJUNG:- A fire that destroyed some 10 houses in Dovan Bazar has been brought under control, almost two hours after it broke out.

Bindesor Yadav, information officer and police inspector at the district police office, Taplejung, said that the police team was collecting details of the damage due to the fire.

It is believed that that the fire broke out due to electric circuit problem.

A massive fire some six years ago had burnt down about 40 houses in the Dovan Bazar, Meringden Rural Municipality-3.
