Proportional Representation Vote Counting Underway; Over 7.5 Million Votes Tallied

KATHMANDU:- Vote counting for the proportional representation (PR) system of the House of Representatives election is ongoing, with a total of 7,575,193 votes counted so far.

As of early Monday morning, the Rastriya Swatantra Party leads with 3,672,265 votes, followed by the Nepali Congress with 1,238,381 votes, and CPN (UML) with 1,047,512 votes.

Other parties include the Nepali Communist Party with 538,270 votes, the Rastriya Prajatantra Party with 258,666 votes, and the Shram Sanskriti Party with 240,763 votes.

Counting continues across constituencies, with final results expected in the coming days.
