NRNA 12th Global conference and General Convention held on March 14-16

KATHMANDU:- The dates for the Non-Resident Nepali World Conference and International Convention have been set. The 12th International Convention is scheduled to be held in Kathmandu from March 14-16.

The ministry issued a press release on Monday stating that a high-level organizing committee has been formed under the chairmanship of Foreign Minister Balananda Sharma to organize the conference.

The secretariat of the association will act as the secretariat of the high-level organizing committee. Preparations for the conference and general convention are underway.

The conference will discuss various sessions including the Non-Resident Nepali Act, the economic, social and cultural rights granted to non-resident Nepali citizens by the constitution, joint investment, knowledge and skills.

Representatives of the Government of Nepal, non-resident Nepali representatives of various National Coordination Councils, NRN activists, and domestic and foreign dignitaries will participate in the conference.
