Terai likely to experience foggy weather today
KATHMANDU:- There is a partial influence of westerly winds across the country.
Currently, some areas of the Terai are experiencing mist/fog, while partial clouds are reported in Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, according to the Weather Forecasting Division.
This afternoon, most areas of the Terai plains will have mist/fog. Partial clouds are expected in the hilly regions of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces as well as Gandaki and Lumbini provinces.
Likewise, remaining hilly and mountainous areas will mostly experience clear weather.
Similarly, tonight most areas of the Terai plains will have mist, whereas partial clouds are expected in the hilly and mountainous regions of Gandaki and Karnali provinces, and rest of the hilly and mountainous areas will mostly have clear weather.
